Customer Sales Representative French Market

We are recruiting for an international company a Customer Service Sales Representative for the French market in Barcelona.

**Missions**:

- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
- Place outbound calls when required
- Quote creation and follow up
- Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximise revenue
- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
- Track on stock availability
- Cross language backup if needed
- Answer and deal with customer post sales requests
- Solve status queries.

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
