Job description

RONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, is seeking a professional and talented Fabrics Manager to join our Barcelona headquarters.

**Main objectives**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
Assist in posting and screening of job positions.

Schedule and support in interview conduction.

**Training**:
Develop and adapt content to include in our online training platform.

Assist with the development and delivery of training sessions.

Coordinate training logistics.

Employee engagement

Collaborate in the creation and development of actions targeted to increase our employee engagement such as internal events (workshop, parties ).

Internal communications

Help to create and distribute communications through our communication channels.

**Requirements**:
Possibility to have a collaboration agreement of minimum 6 months between the university and Pronovias Group.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**: No experience required, but a demonstrated interest in Human Resources is preferred.

**Skills**:
Advanced level in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

English and Spanish fluent, other languages will be a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
