**Job description**:
Mantu is looking for a Learning Project Manager to lead the design of functional learning strategy & roadmap in scope, craft learning portfolio, manage the design of relevant global learning solutions to support the competency development of our collaborators as well as implementation of business imperatives

**As our future Learning Project Manager you will**:
1) Lead the design function learning strategy and roadmap
- Work with functional HR team to understand the capabilities gaps and needs of the function
- Lead the discussion at functional board to align the learning strategy, priorities and roadmap to reach the development objective

2) Craft learning portfolio and lead the design of learning solutions
- Based on the learning strategy, craft the learning portfolio(s) for the function(s) to support the development needs of our collaborators
- Lead the design of learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach (workshops, e-learning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, on-the job support, outside-in learning, etc.) and act as project manager to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools
- Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies (networking and conferences, benchmarking, etc.)
- Manage suppliers & contracts (financial & legal side) & long-term relationships with external providers

3) Support local teams in deployment of the learning solutions
- Set deployment goal and develop deployment strategy in line with learning strategy as soon as the learning solution design process starts
- Steer the deployment of the program with clear guidelines
- Liaise with local learning teams to ensure proper handover of global programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs
- Monitor deployment status & ensure smooth communication with local
- Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community

4) Contribute to the global learning strategy definition and implementation of the relevant learning governance
- Contribute to the definition of the global learning strategy & according processes
- Actively co-animate the global Mantu Learning Community to foster alignment, engagement and leverage of local expertise and best practises

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in HR with knowledge of learning and development topics
- Ability to interact & drive priorities with very senior stakeholder management into a global context
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
