**Your role in the Kingdom**:
The team is looking for an Associate Product Director to deliver sustained value to our players, product and business. You will have end
- to
- end responsibility for a subset of the product strategy for Farm Heroes Saga Events Area, reporting to the Product Area Leader for Events. You’ll ensure that your sub
- area’s work is aligned with the game’s overall strategy and long
- term vision, and you’ll collaborate with other product areas to ensure a cohesive overall product.

You will be part of and helping to create and sustain a collaborative environment within and between the teams in Farm, and with partner teams across King.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Product Area Leader on defining an ambitious and effective Product Strategy for the Events Area, in alignment with the wider Farm Product Strategy and to support Farm’s mission and goals
- Communicate and create excitement of the area product vision and strategy and how it is related to overall strategy
- Find opportunities by drawing from all available insights, including Data Analyses, AB tests, lessons from King, Competitor and Market Analyses and User Research
- Explore and evaluate these opportunities by collaborating with all key functions within the Events Area and produce estimated outcomes and costs to support optimal prioritisation of the backlog and roadmap and maximise outcome for the area
- Ensure the Events Area has a strong and fleshed out backlog covering multiple opportunities to choose from with long enough lead time to allow a thorough discovery phase when kicked off
- Develop best practices to continuously improve time to value and maximise the impact of the Events Area
- Ensure great communication and visibility with all functions within your Area, as well as with other Farm Areas and the Farm Leadership Team
- Enable a working environment that contributes to team members’ growth
