With more than 3,600 people in over 100 countries, the integrated Finance organization delivers the insights we need to make successful, long-term business decisions. You will provide financial and controlling expertise to the Motion Business in Spain. Reporting to the Business Controller, you will analyze business performance, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
- Working with other finance professionals in Motion Business to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance, while identifying trends relevant to the business.
- Preparing financial modelling for various scenarios to forecast the overall impact and risk to the business unit.
- Compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and communicating information to relevant groups to support corrective action plans.
- Supporting the preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting documents and presentations by providing summary data, reports, findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
- Establishing and overseeing the processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information, ensuring high quality information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Maintaining audit trail and documentation for future internal and external audits and reviews.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Accounting Center, and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, suggestions for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency.

**Your background**:

- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP, Power Query and Excel.
- Process improvement oriented and proactive.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- No long experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and high level of English.
