**Your mission**:
You'll be responsible for accounting, reconciliation and monitoring of all collections / payments made and to provide support to the different functions involved in the Treasury process. The execution of the activities must be in line with the PepsiCo Treasury and Cash Flow Policies, local statutory rules, GCS model, VBS process flows and defined DTP’s.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Partner with Spain Treasury retained organization to ensure processes are followed in line with the defined treasury process flows and DTP’s and that results are in line with defined SLA’s and KPI’s
- Execution and verification of payment processes to suppliers in SAP
- Establishing the daily Treasury position and communicating to Corporate the need to send or receive cash. Automatic bank statement posting in SAP
- Executing and sending to the bank the checks and promissory notes received. Reception, verification, digital and paper delivery to the bank
- Verification and daily bank reconciliation of collections/payments in books with collections/payments in banks. Detect incidents and solve them
- Preparing the monthly estimate of the actual operating Cash Flow
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s Treasury and Cash Flow policies, guidelines and procedures
- Support to the VBS AP&TR coordinator in the preparation and analysis of necessary reports for the correct monitoring of the area with the aim of establishing correction plans, within a process of continuous improvement

Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**
- 1 years in Control / Reporting / Treasury service integration environment
- Qualified with Administration or accounting studies.
- At least B1 level of English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel
- Organizational capacity, planning and time management
- Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle and myBuy
- Analytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data
