**Descripción del rol y responsabilidades**

El/La Project Manager formará parte del equipo de nuestro cliente. Se integrará en los equipos de negocio para garantizar el diseño óptimo de la experiência de los clientes y usuarios, bajo los estándares de calidad de la entidad, la coherencia de su ecosistema y, por supuesto, en base al conocimiento del cliente y las necesidades de negocio.

En coordinación con Marketing, definirás e implementarás la estrategia futura de Marketing Digital para las diferentes áreas de negocio y funciones transversales de la sede de la compañía en España y Portugal, en línea con las prioridades estratégicas y objetivos de negocio.

Asegurarás la coordinación y el alineamiento con las políticas globales de digital de la compañía, participando en proyectos e iniciativas y asegurando su aportación de valor para la compañía en España y Portugal

Se trata de una función clave en la compañía con una visión transversal, trabajando con las áreas de Farmacia, Atención Primaria y Hospitales.

**¿Cuál será tu día a día?**

Definición de estrategias en los canales digitales para impulsar el conocimiento de la marca

digital

Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias comerciales para los canales digitales (website, paid

media, social media, and display advertising campaigns).

Estrategia y definición del Social Media Plan y estrategia de creación de contenidos.

Creación de estrategia de posicionamiento SEO.

Definición y seguimiento de diferentes iniciativas SEM incluyendo la planificación y gestión

de campañas.

marketing y publicidad online.

Gestión de las plataformas de contenido propias

CRM: Creación y optimización de campañas.

Identificación de tendencias e insights y optimización de la inversión y la performance.

Experiência en el diseño, construcción y gestión de websites

Relación con proveedores externos (agencias de medios y proveedores de servicios digitales

de TI) e internos para la implementación de diferentes iniciativas.

Definición y gestión del presupuesto asignado

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Licenciatura o estudios en marketing o un campo relacionado

Es un **MUST tener +5 años** en **rol similar** como:

- Digital Marketing Manager
- Project Manager/Key Account en Agencia Digital

Sólido conocimiento de la dinámica del marketing y del marketing digital.

Experiência demostrada en campañas de marketing digital desde el concepto hasta la

ejecución.

Experiência demostrable liderando y gestionando campañas de SEO/SEM, bases de datos de

Experiência en la identificación del público objetivo y en el diseño de campañas digitales que

enganchen, informen y motiven

Sólidos conocimientos de herramientas de análisis de sitios web

Éxito demostrado en la gestión de marcas en el canal digital y e-Commerce

Conocimientos específicos:
Microsoft (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Display, Programática,

CRM: Salesforce u otros

Herramientas de Marketing Automation

Marketing Digital

Idiomas: Inglés

Capacidad de escucha activa con excelente inteligencia emocional y capacidad de

comunicación efectiva con diferentes departamentos.

Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas, dinamismo e iniciativa.

Analítico con la capacidad de desarrollar cuadros de mando para identificar tendencias y

acciones en los datos.

Excelente capacidad de organización y autonomía.

Capacidad de gestión de proyectos, realizando un correcto seguimiento de estos.

Dominio del inglés en la presentación y la negociación.
