**About Our Client**:
Company in expansion phase is seeking to recruit a CEO for their Madrid office, reporting directly to the company's ownership.
- Define the strategic vision: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the company, establishing long-term goals and objectives aligned with sustainable mobility, technological innovation, and international expansion.
- Executive leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Make key decisions and set strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Business development and international expansion: Identify growth opportunities and expansion into new markets, establishing strong business relationships with international organizations and public entities. Forge strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive company growth.
- Innovation and product development: Drive technological innovation and the development of sustainable products, anticipating the changing needs of users and leading research and development of intelligent and connected mobility solutions.
- Promotion of sustainable mobility: Represent the company in events and conferences, establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the field of sustainable mobility. Collaborate with governments, organizations, and communities to promote policies and programs that drive the adoption of electric vehicles and the creation of charging infrastructure.
- Financial management and results: Ensure the profitability and sustainable growth of the company by establishing and overseeing the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Proven experience in strategic leadership and business vision, focused on sustainability, innovation, and international expansion.
- Strong executive leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse team towards optimal results.
- Experience in business development and international expansion, establishing strong business relationships and strategic collaborations.
- Knowledge in technological innovation and development of sustainable products, anticipating the changing needs of users.
- Ability to promote sustainable mobility through representation in key events and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Competence in financial management and achieving sustainable results.
