**Your mission**:
This position works closely with the Strategic Planning Director, Finance team, Executive Committee, and cross-function departments to develop strategic initiatives that will boost operations and global outcomes.

**Your profile**:

- Strategic Plan and Project Oversight:

- Review, monitor, and control the execution of the company's strategic plan and strategic projects with the Strategic Planning Director and Senior Management stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and project outcomes.
- Business Case Preparation:

- Develop comprehensive business cases to support new initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Analyze financial, operational, and strategic implications of proposed projects.
- Cost-Saving Plan Development (2025-2028):

- Create and implement a detailed cost-saving plan for the company to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor progress and report on savings achieved against targets.
- Budget Review and Expense Control:

- Oversee and analyze Schiller's budgets and various expense lines.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports on financial performance and expenditure trends.
- Project Support Across Departments:

- Provide assistance to other departments in managing and controlling their projects.
- Offer guidance on project timelines, resource allocation, and financial planning.

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a business/financial or similar role
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Strong time-management and people skills
- Experience with budgeting and budgetary software.
- Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency
- Valuable knowledge of French, German or Spanish
