**IT&Cloud** nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a
**IT Service Manager** para un importante empresa multinacional (cliente final) con sede en Barcelona.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Coordinación y supervisión de proveedores.
- Definir, controlar y supervisar los KPI para medir el rendimiento del servicio.
- Colaborar con expertos en la materia y jefes de proyecto para seguir evolucionando la infraestructura global.
- Dinamizar los esfuerzos de todos los equipos implicados para garantizar que los servicios se prestan de manera oportuna, eficiente y eficaz.
- Garantizar que el servicio se presta en el momento oportuno, con la calidad adecuada y dentro del ámbito correcto

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información, Informática o un campo relacionado.
- Nível de inglés alto.
- Conocimientos técnicos en tecnologías Microsoft (Active Directory, Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, etc.)
- Valorable Máster y certificaciones.
