Our client is a multinational provider of human resources management software, with more than 740,000 clients across the world, helping them get work done faster and unlock a world of opportunities.

They are now seeking, to join their team in Barcelona, an experienced and motivated HCM Implementation Consultant to assist and realize successful client implementations in HCM and/or Payroll. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire implementation process, in accordance with their requirements and the company's standards. Are you up for this adventure?

Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a functional level, during the full implementation/migration process
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify business requirements, processes, and data flows to ensure a successful implementation
- Lead the implementation process by configuring the HCM software to meet the client's requirements
- Manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables along with the client, to ensure mutual alignment
- Act on direct and indirect feedback from clients, providing ongoing support to address inquiries and resolve any issues, risks, and changes that may arise
- Collaborate with technical teams
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions, to ensure an effective use of the new system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HCM technology. Recommend improvements and enhancements to the implementation processes based on the client's feedback

**Requirements**:

- Native level of Dutch + Fluent level of English
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HCM or Payroll are a plus
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in implementation and/or project management for external clients across different industries, using relevant project management skills and tools
- Experience in implementing HCM/Payroll products and services for external clients is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact and advise clients in a professional and service-minded manner
