**Hays Technology**, collaborate with a multinational company from IT service sector that offer technology solutions to optimize the efficiency of the SAP HCM & SFSF process.
We are looking for a **Sap HCM Consultant **with technical and functional knowledge. You will be the leader of E2E process expert in SAP national and international implementations projects of Sap HCM to Payroll module.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sales&Marketing or similar
- +3 years of experience as responsible for the technical configuration and maintenance of Sap HCM.
- It is mandatory to have full understanding of end-to-end process and data process flows of Payroll module.
- Experience with functional designing of the solutions in collaboration with HR department
- Capacity to communicate with different levels and used to talk with customer/external stakeholders.
- Native Spanish and advanced level of English.
