**Job Description**:
IDIADA is looking for a highly motivated assistant to lead the accounting process of ADAS team. ADAS team is a multidisciplinary group that works for OEMs and TIERs worlwide providing engineering, testing and validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Automated Vehicles.

The position will be based in IDIADA premises in Santa Oliva (Spain).

You will work with a team of engineers, who are responsible for planning, execution and reporting of customer projects. Your role will be to take care of the financial analysis, accounting and invoicing process of all projects, in close contact with the the engineering team that is responsible for execution

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and reporting the resources dedicated to the regular operation and to the extraordinary jobs during the projects and comparing against committed resources
- Generating monthly production and invoicing reports
- Communication with customers for financial purposes
- Management of the department purchases and supply chain
- Support to project managers to administration, logistics and organizational matters
- Monitoring of the quality processes according to internal procedures and checklists.

**Qualifications**:
**Profile**
- At least 2 years’ experience in project administration
- Experience in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tables
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office and Powerpoint
- Interest in new technologies, automotive and electric vehicles
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Communicative and team player

**Education**
- Degree, professional training or relative working experience in administrative management, business, finance or economics

**Languages**
- English: ideally B2
