**Learning and Capability Manager**

Dentro del área de IDS en la Unidad de Learning & Capabilities y en dependencia directa del Learning & Capability Lead, como Learning & Capability Manager tu labor será diseñar, liderar, impartir y evaluar la formación y entrenamiento comercial de los delegados de visita médica y el diseño de acciones formativas y/o itinerarios para los profesionales _Customer Facing_, asegurando que los medios y materiales propuestos consigan garantizar la transmisión y desarrollo de conocimientos tanto a nível científico como en aquellas competencias requeridas por el negocio con el fin de cumplir los objetivos comerciales de la Compañía.

**Planificación**
- Diseñar, preparar y adaptar los materiales de formación de producto y área terapéutica encomendada de forma transversal con médico y marketing.
- Desarrollo de las capabilities y selling skills de los equipos de campo.
- Planificar, diseñar e implementar los proyectos formativos y de entrenamiento adaptados a la estrategia comercial.
- Participar en el Brand Team específico, con el fin de recopilar información relevante para la formación de la red de ventas y así definir las prioridades sobre las materias a impartir, mensajes y técnicas de formación existentes.
- Recogida de insights en campo y detectar junto con los Managers las necesidades formativas de los equipos de campo, siempre con foco en los delegados de venta.
- Realizar, junto con el departamento Médico y Compliance, la revisión del material de formación elaborado y de aquellos mensajes y/o prácticas que se transmitan en las sesiones de formación, con el fin de cumplir con las políticas de la compañía.
- Potenciar la colaboración transversal en el diseño de los planes formativos.
- Selección adecuada de proveedores externos de apoyo y gestión presupuestaria.
**Implementación**
- Impartir las diferentes acciones formativas en **_soft skills_** **y ciencia.**:
- Diseñar e implementar las dinámicas formativas en **reuniones de ciclo**.
- Diseñar e impartir los **planes de inducción** para las nuevas incorporaciones del área comercial (BAS, BAM, BM, DSL, etc.)
- Evaluar el impacto de las actividades formativas.
- Certificar a los delegados en los nuevos lanzamientos para asegurar el éxito comercial.
- Mantener actualizados los contenidos en los distintos canales de formación disponibles (**AZ Training).**:
- Gestionar de forma integral el LMS, con respecto a sus profesionales asignados, en caso de migración a otra plataforma.
- Salir a campo para evaluar las interacciones realizadas y mantener sesiones de coaching con el BAS con el fin de que este proceso alcance la calidad esperada.
**Compliance**
- Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen, con la normativa externa, con los procedimientos, estándares, directrices y regulaciones internas aplicables. Proyectar, en tu relación con clientes internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ.
**REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL**:
Imprescindibles:
- Formación: Licenciatura / Grado en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Inglés: C1.
- Capacidad de comunicación.
- Experiência en el diseño e implementación de acciones formativas.
- Buen nível de autonomía en la gestión de las prioridades del trabajo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Experiência en el área comercial y/o cualquier actividad que implique interactuar con clientes Ej. Delegado de visita Médica, MSL, Marketing, DSL, etc.
Deseables:
- Experiência en formación de equipos de al menos 2 años.
- Experiência en formación en soft skills.
- Conocimiento y/o experiência en formación de equipos en habilidades propias de lanzamiento de productos.
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Office nível Avanzado.
- Habilidad en la gestión de grupos.
- Conocimiento e interés por el mundo digital y nuevas tecnologías.
- Conocimiento de Business Agility.
