As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for the overall daily management of the finance function - regulatory compliance, forecasting/budgeting business performance.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cost control, maintain robust cost management processes to maintain profitability.
- Overall responsibility for monthly management accounting and reporting.
- Attend monthly transactional board meetings and provide the board with relevant information relating to company finances and advice on commercial decisions.
- Overall daily management of the finance function - regulatory compliance, forecasting/budgeting business performance.
- Direct financial audits and resolve any key audit issues raised.
- Risk & Compliance - Lead with regards to local legislation and group reporting, Manage external relationships (banks, legal, advisors, etc), and Act as the Company Secretary.
- Overall responsibility for annual planning and quarterly re-forecast.
- Oversee the effective operation of the finance department including managing and developing the team.
- Oversee reconciliation process, ensuring appropriate procedures are in place and followed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are achieved.
- Strategic leadership alongside the MD to help drive growth, and future business planning.
- Overall responsibility for profit and loss account.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in -.

- **CIMA / ACCA** or **qualified CIMA / ACCA** is required.
- Experience in a finance director/financial controller management role within an international environment is essential.
- Confidence and ability to operate alongside the board, providing commercial advice on accounting issues.
- Proven flexibility and pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.
- Good project management techniques - decision-making ability, analytical skills, and evaluative skills.
- Experience working within a contact center environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT Systems, especially Excel.
- Proven people management experience.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage changing workloads.
- Proven excellent communication skills.
- Being eligible to live and work in Spain is a must.
