- Du nimmst eingehende Anrufe entgegen und bearbeitest sie gemäß den Anforderungen (kein Verkauf)
- Das beinhaltet Rückrufbitten, die Entgegennahme von Bestellungen, Terminvereinbarungen oder die Erteilung allgemeiner Auskünfte
- Du fasst die Infos aus dem Gespräch strukturiert zusammen und leitest sie weiter

- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sprichst
- Fortgeschritten Englisch verstehst und sprichst (B-Level)
- Vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich abgeschlossen hast oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen im Büro sammeln konntest
- Leidenschaft für herausragenden Kundenservice, Überzeugungskraft und Durchhaltevermögen mitbringst
- Technisches Verständnis hast und MS Office sicher anwenden kannst

- **Support bei den Behördengängen**: Du bekommst Unterstützung bei der Beantragung aller notwendigen Dokumente. Hierzu gehört die spanische Steuer
- (NIE) und Sozialversicherungsnummer (SSN).
