Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage establishments, including restaurants, bars, and catering services. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high-quality service, adherence to hygiene standards, and compliance with company policies. Menu Planning: Develop and update menus, considering customer preferences, seasonal availability, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining quality and variety. Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory, implement cost control measures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and attentive environment, addressing customer feedback, and resolving any service-related issues. Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and functions, collaborating with event planners and ensuring smooth execution. Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations, maintaining proper records and documentation.

**Job Requirement**: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in food and beverage management are advantageous. Industry Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage management roles, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional service. Food and Beverage Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and customer preferences. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control to optimize revenue and expenses. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, and exceeding expectations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and make informed business decisions. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining quality standards, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding brand image.
