Job Description:

  • ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specialising in largescale campaigns across the European Union. We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Freelance Event Manager.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and/or contribute to the event concept.
  • Provide the full project management of the event and ensuring service delivery from the initial proposal through to completion of the event.
  • Manage the selected event platform, registration platform and other tools for the event management.
  • Define and/or implement project milestones and deadlines.
  • Liaison and coordination of external Contractors and their services (e.g., catering, security, cleaning services, travel and accommodation) as well as identifying, contacting and liaising with speakers, moderators and other contributors and participants.
  • Draft and edit minutes, presentations, mailing lists and other materials.
  • Collect information and data on the event.
  • Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Event Manager
  • Knowledge of event management tools, including virtual platforms and registration tools.
  • Experience managing different types of events, large and small.
  • Experience in participant management.
  • English Language
  • C1 Level
  • Ability to work as a Freelancer.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Impeccable work ethics and solution orientation.
  • Good communication skills.
