Iris Showroom es un espacio único multimarca, donde comercializamos firmas internacionales en toda la Península Ibérica. Empresa de carácter familiar establecida en Barcelona hace más de 17 años.

Por expansión, estamos buscando a esa persona con tablas, comercial, polivalente, dinámica y con capacidad de adaptación en un entorno joven y con buen ambiente laboral.

**Descripción del puesto**:
Showroom de moda dedicado a la distribución y representación de firmas internacionales de moda en España, Andorra y Portugal, se encuentra en busca de un Junior Sales Account que se encargará de la gestión de las marcas asignadas.

El puesto tiene como objetivo garantizar el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes así como dar un servicio excepcional a los clientes actuales.

Sus principales funciones serán las siguientes:

- Convocar via mail / teléfono a nuestros clientes para la campaña de ventas.
- Venta de las colecciones a clientes existentes/ prospects en nuestro showroom situado en Barcelona ( zona Poblenou)
- Preparación del budget por temporada y reportar a la marca antes del inicio de la campaña.
- Aportar feedback de la campaña de ventas a la Dr. comercial de la marca y del showroom, una vez terminada la misma.
- Garantizar que los objetivos de venta marcados para cada una de las marcas son alcanzados.
- Prospección de la zona asignada para conocimiento de su mercado así como captación de nuevos clientes.
- Servicio postventa: interlocución con el cliente y con la marca, para gestionar cualquier incidencia que pudiera ocurrir en materia de cambios, reposiciones, facturas, etc, ya que somos el nexo de unión entre nuestros clientes y las marcas.
- Seguimiento del sell out del cliente durante la temporada, aportando feedback a la dirección comercial.
- Trabajo en equipo con el resto del equipo comercial del Showroom para incrementar las ventas en otras marcas presentes en el showroom.

**Perfil**:

- Estudios mínimos: FP o grado medio en actividades comerciales y/o brand management.
- Perfil con una experiência mínima de 2- 3 años llevando una cartera de clientes en el canal wholesale.
- Buscamos una persona con clara vocación comercial, orientada al cliente, empática, con sensibilidad estética y orientada a resultados.
- El trabajo implica también la recepción y visual merchandising de los muestrarios, por lo que requerimos un perfil flexible, polivalente y pro activa que ayude en esas tareas cuándo sea requerido.
- Perfil organizado, buen manejo del paquete office (excel nível medio).
- Inglés nível alto (oral y escrito), se hará prueba de nível durante la entrevista.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y carnet de conducir.
- Disponibilidad horaria durante la campaña de ventas.
