En Barcelona y dentro del equipo de Datos de IT, dependiendo del CTO de Grupo Editorial, buscamos incorporar un perfil Senior Project Manager con experiência en gestión de proyectos. Ofrecemos la oportunidad de formar parte de un grupo de comunicación nacional sólido, con una historia de más de 140 años y en plena transformación tecnológica y empresarial que tiene la ambición de seguir liderando el mercado español de prensa digital.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestión del incidental: Ser responsable de la gestión de los incidentes relacionados con el área de datos. Coordinar las acciones de resolución, comunicarse con los equipos técnicos y las partes interesadas para garantizar una respuesta efectiva y oportuna, y documentar los incidentes y las soluciones implementadas.
- PM de proyectos de data: Realizar un seguimiento regular del avance de los proyectos, identificar y mitigar los riesgos, resolver los problemas que puedan surgir y asegurarse de que el proyecto se adhiera a los plazos establecidos y a los estándares de calidad requeridos.
- Gestión y comunicación efectiva del avance de los evolutivos del equipo de data: Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con todas las partes interesadas, incluyendo el equipo de data, la CDO y los clientes internos. Informar regularmente sobre el estado de las tareas, los hitos alcanzados y los problemas identificados para una correcta priorización de las tareas del equipo. Mantener la herramienta de seguimiento de tareas actualizada.

Requisitos mínimos
- Experiência previa en la gestión de proyectos, preferentemente en el área de datos o tecnología.
- Conocimiento general de los principios y prácticas de gestión de proyectos, como la planificación, el seguimiento y la resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades analíticas para evaluar y comprender los requisitos técnicos y de negocio relacionados con los proyectos de datos.
- Capacidad para identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto de manera proactiva.
- Capacidad para comprender y analizar las necesidades del negocio y traducirlas al equipo técnico y viceversa.
- Habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos para manejar las expectativas de diferentes partes interesadas y llegar a acuerdos satisfactorios.

Como aptitud adicional, se valorará positivamente el conocimiento básico de herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con la gestión de datos (por ejemplo, bases de datos, herramientas de visualización de datos, lenguajes de programación, etc.).
