CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER – DATA CENTERS IN BARCELONA, SPAINLocation note: Offices located in Sant Boi de LlobregatLeading within the Modular Data Centers segment, our client specializes in designing and integrating comprehensive solutions encompassing power conversion, energy storage, cooling, electrical distribution, and control software into modular enclosures. As a Customer Project Manager within our Modular Data Center division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. You will lead global, cross-functional teams in delivering modular data centers to both country-based and global customers.Key Responsibilities:• Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver Modular Data Centers for country-based and global customers worldwide.• Ensure optimum customer satisfaction by applying quality standards throughout the project execution and product development phases.• Optimize business performance of projects, with a clear focus on Gross Margin improvement throughout the project cycle.• Coordinate communications among key stakeholders, including customers, Schneider entities, and factories.• Motivate and direct teams to execute project plans in alignment with Customer Project Processes.• Closely control project budgets within targeted margin objectives and other defined project targets.Qualifications:• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. 2 years working in the Data Center segment preferred.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and different time zones.• Master's degree in a Technical or Industrial field, with a major in Electrical Engineering preferred.• Proficiency in MS Project & Excel (Advanced Level).
