We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintain and administer our Salesforce platform.
**Your role**
***:
Main responsibilities:
- Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports
- Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issue
- Create customizations for use with Salesforce
- Monitor system performance and identify issues
- Provide support to users who need help using the platform and respond promptly to requests for assistance, and offer advice where appropriate.
- Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications,).
- Follow established guidelines and procedures.

**Your profile**
***:
- Knowledgeable with 3+ years relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- ITIL certification as plus.
- Anticipates and handles critical situations: addresses potential issues before they are recognized by others, quickly identifies, or isolates the root causes of issues or problems.
- Organizes complex work effort: balances and prioritizes own activities to make sure critical items are addressed.
- Drives for value added results: drives activities to ensure value is added and/or requirements and milestones are met.
- Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, result oriented.
- Works effectively with others.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or in a similar field.
- Languages: English (fluent), French (fluent), German or Spanish as plus
