MISSION
- Reporting to the _**_Global Projects Director of Sinclair and the CEO of EBD Division,_**_ your _**_mission_**_ will be to _work strategically with a range of technically and culturally diverse people, influencing them to achieve goals in a timely manner to help drive business results. You will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key, complex projects in accordance with agreed deliverables, timings, and budgets. You will be required to plan, lead, and manage multiskilled global project teams to deliver integrated, sustainable, and effective solutions which meet the requirements defined within the Project Brief and Benefits PlanRESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate resources from internal functions for each variable global project and ensure project initiation, project milestones, and project meetings are held with the correct key stakeholders at appropriate times across the lifecycle of the project.
- Create detailed work plans and milestones for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project.
- Determine the resources required to complete the project and resolve any resource conflicts.
- Identify stakeholders, analysis their expectations and influences, and develop appropriate strategies to work with them in key project decisions and activities
- Focus on managing the project portfolio to ensure that projects are successfully achieving value-added deliverables using the Project Management Governance and Framework
- Conduct detailed analysis during the project to communicate risks, priorities, and activities to avoid issues and meet necessary timelines

What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor's degree in **Business, Engineering or related.**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of demonstrated knowledge and experience in **project management** within a **_regulated industry_** (Pharma, Medical Devices, Automotive, other).
- **Project Management certification from a recognized certified body**.
- Proficiency in the use of **Microsoft 365 suite and MS Project.**:

- Fluent **Spanish and English speaking.**:

- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills, to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Stakeholder management.**:

- Experience in effectively communicating to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the organization through various formats such as presentations, written proposals/reports/correspondence, leading meetings, face-to-face dialogue, etc.
- Experience of working in diverse cultures and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence required.
