We are looking for a **Project Manager** to be part of our IT Analysis, Data and Integration stream.

**Position Snapshot**

**The role**

**What you’ll do**
- Manage and deliver projects within the BSI ADI Department, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Particular focus is required on projects with complex scope in the IT integration area, specifically related to Financials, Sales, Order Management areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager and/or delivering project management responsibilities on IT/ data integration projects (preferably O2C area)
- Strong knowledge and experience in various project management methodologies and tools, you will be exposed to hybrid methods in various projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a global environment, with virtual teams and third-party entities, considered of information sharing with multiple audiences
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and data integration.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methods and processes, and the ability to support and manage agile project teams.
- Ease in navigating in vague environment with fluid goals and high change environment.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- PMI/ PMP/ PRINCE2 certified.
