A fantastic opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individuals with a proven sales track record of success to join an exciting and dynamic sales division at our new office in Benalmádena. We have positions available with an immediate start.

What are we looking for?

Above all, the people that succeed with us are those who are tenacious, naturally resilient and have a passion for building relationships with and understanding their clients. Below are some of the other traits we are looking for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Advising on properties
- Advising clients throughout the sales process
- Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
- Dealing with warm leads, calling clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting property opportunities accordingly
- Updating the CRM after every call/appointment
- Travelling abroad to accompany clients on viewings from time to time at our resorts
- Carry out virtual viewings and presentations with prospective clients on Zoom
