Uusi Employee & Customer Office -tiimi etsii motivoituneita ja taitavia tekijöitä People & Business Agent -rooliin Fuengirolan palvelukeskukseen.
Baronan työntekijät kaipaavat yhä aktiivisempaa viestintää ja huolenpitoa työsuhteen elinkaaren eri vaiheissa. Myös yritysasiakkaat tarvitsevat yhden kontaktipisteen, mistä tavoittavat baronalaiset nopeasti ja sujuvasti. Tätä tarvetta ratkaisemaan perustetaan uusi Employee & Customer Office -tiimi Tiimin tehtävänä on palvella Baronan työntekijöitä ja yritysasiakkaita arjen akuuteissa haasteissa puhelimitse ja digitaalisten kanavien avulla. Tulevaisuudessa tiimi tulee auttamaan myös asiakkailla työskenteleviä työntekijöitämme urasuunnittelussa ja näin varmistamaan työntekijäpitoa One Baronan -hengen mukaisesti.

People & Business Agent -roolissa pääset olemaan osa dynaamista ja kehityshakuista tiimiä, jonka panoksella on suuri merkitys Baronan työntekijä- ja asiakastyytyväisyyteen.**Uusi tiimi aloittaa syyskuun 2023 alussa**

**People & Business Agent -roolissa keskeisinä tehtävinäsi on**:

- Barona-tasoisen perehdytyksen toteuttaminen
- Työntekijöiden kysymyksiin vastaaminen eri kanavissa (puhelin, chat, sähköposti), sekä MyBaronan käytön tuki
- Urasparraus työroolin vaihdosta kiinnostusta osoittaneille työntekijöille
- Yritysasiakkaiden neuvonta ja palvelu kiireellisissä kysymyksissä
- Kysymysten ja palvelupyyntöjen ratkaisu yhdessä muiden asiantuntijoiden kanssa

- Luotat yhteisiin toimintamalleihin ja arvostat tarkkoja kirjauksia ja dokumentaatioita
- Sinulla on vahvat suulliset ja kirjalliset taidot, myös englanniksi
- Työskentelet oma-aloitteisesti ja motivoituneesti

Oman työskentelyn proaktiivinen ohjaaminen ja johtaminen on sinulle luonnollista, ja olet valmis tekemään hyvää yhteistyötä tiimin sisällä sekä muiden bHub-tiimien kanssa. Työajat sijoittuvat arkisin klo 6-21 välille, lauantaisin klo 6-18 välille sekä sunnuntaisin klo 8-19 välille.

**Työsuhde on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen. Työaika on 39 tuntia viikossa. Työstä maksetaan kiinteää kuukausipalkkaa, joka perustuu paikalliseen Contact Center
- alan työehtosopimukseen. Työntekijämme tienaavat keskimäärin 1650 €/kk (kk-palkka+lisät). Huomioithan, että elinkustannukset ja verotus ovat matalammat Espanjassa.**

Työntekijöiden uravalintoja sparratessa pääset käyttämään asiantuntemustasi uudella tavalla ja tekemään merkityksellistä työtä yksilöiden tulevaisuuden ja työelämän valintojen parissa. Tiimissäsi pääset työskentelemään motivoituneiden kollegojesi kanssa tavoitteellisesti, yhteisesti sovittujen toimintamallien mukaisesti, ja tulet saamaan työstäsi säännöllisesti palautetta.

Meillä Baronalla on Fuengirolassa jo 300 työntekijää, jotka työskentelevät palvelukeskuksessamme erilaisissa asiakaspalvelu-, myynti

Toimistomme sijaitsee aivan Fuengirolan keskustan tuntumassa, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä juna-asemalta, joten työpaikalle kulkeminen on vaivatonta.
