**FASTER EMPLEO ETT** is looking for a **Social Advertising Supervisor**.

As a Social Advertising Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all social media advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of social media advertising specialists and ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently, effectively, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns for clients across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising goals, target audience, and budget to develop effective advertising strategies.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns, including setting up ad accounts, creating ad creatives, and monitoring ad performance.
- Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Analyze ad performance data and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize for better results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance and recommending improvements to meet their advertising goals.
- Manage a team of social media advertising specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, or another alike major.
- 3+ years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Experience managing a team of advertising specialists and overseeing the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
