Requisitos deseables: Experiência en trabajo con el sector público o administraciones locales de ciudades.
Conocimientos en eficiencia energética y energías renovables
- Conocimientos de las políticas energéticas nacionales y europeas (Código Técnico de la Edificación, EPBD, etc.)
- Experiência de trabajo en un entorno multidisciplinar, con conexiones entre actores de diversos sectores (público, privado, tercer sector, academia) y diversos ámbitos.
- Conocimientos en software de diseño y gestión de proyectos (Canva, Notion, etc.)

Minimum requirements for the requested profile: It is not mandatory to be DOCTOR. Proficiency in Spanish and English. Postgraduate studies related to architecture or urbanism. Minimum 5 years of work experience in cities-related projects and facilitating/orchestrating multi-stakeholder collaboration initiatives.Extensive knowledge of ecological and social sustainability in the context of cities/urbanism. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas concisely
Understanding of systemic thinking and the complexity of urban systems and sustainable transitions.
Desirable requirements: Experience working with the public sector or local city administrations. Expertise in energy efficiency and renewable energy
Knowledge of national and European energy policies (Technical Building Code, EPBD, etc.)
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, with connections between actors from various sectors (public, private, third sector, academia) and various fields.
- Knowledge of design and project management software (Canva, Notion, etc.)

- Liderar la implementación del programa de rehabilitación energética masiva en ciudades españolas en colaboración con el resto de los facilitadores y bajo la coordinación de la persona responsable de servicios de la plataforma.
- Diseñar, gestionar y facilitar los espacios de interacción y participación de los diferentes actores implicados en la plataforma, con especial atención a los actores que trabajan en la descarbonización del entorno construido.
- Llevar a cabo la secretaría técnica de los grupos de trabajo.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de nuevas narrativas y contenidos estratégicos para difundirlos entre todas las partes interesadas.
- Contribuir al diseño de actividades para construir capacidades en las ciudades y otras partes interesadas para la implementación del programa de rehabilitación y otras iniciativas que trabajan en la descarbonización del entorno construidoLead the implementation of the massive energy rehabilitation program in Spanish cities in collaboration with the rest of the facilitators and under the coordination of the person responsible for the platform's services.

Design, manage and facilitate spaces for interaction and participation of the different actors involved in the platform, with special attention to actors working on the decarbonisation of the built environment.Carry out the technical secretariat of the working groups.
