**Responsibilities**:
Develop a deep understanding of the assigned games, and become a champion for localization, LQA and culturalization. You will serve as the “expert” and information source to localization/internationalization engineers, translation vendors, game teams, and other support teams. In your search for continuous improvement, you will make informed decisions about workloads, workflows, schedules, and other localization process components, balancing technical, creative, and analytical skills. You will work closely with game teams to establish and track localization budgets and guide effective localization workflows and processes. As part of your role, you will continuously assess the efficiency of our localization tools and processes to identify areas of improvement.

In collaboration with the game studio producers and management, you will own localization and LQA planning and deliverables:

- Own and sync translation and LQA schedules, risk, dependencies and quality management. Evangelize and drive best practices and efficiency improvements.
- Own the localization strategy for the games assigned and manage localization planning for every release. Supervise the translation journey closely from translation task creation and scheduling to delivery and deployment. Provide guidelines and context for translation tasks and guide our LSP’s through a successful translation cycle.
- Own LQA testing for the projects assigned, assist LQA testing teams in performing thorough testing and provide them with the necessary documentation and access to achieve smooth testing on schedule.
- Own project and budget planning informed by x-functional teams: Production, Engineering, Marketing, QA, etc.
- Maintain and track budget allocation, escalate overspending trends and provide action plans to reduce spending where needed.
- Work with localization QA and own the resolution of localization bugs. Track functional bugs resolution and oversee their correct prioritization within the game teams and other support teams. Track linguistic issues and supervise expeditious resolution.
- You will be able to proactively identify improvements to alleviate L10n and i18n dependencies for each of their games, and for other content types and CMS's.

As part of the International team, you will own other x-functional tasks and maintain strong relations with Payments, PSO, Legal, Business Development, Studio Operations, Central Tech, Publishing, Marketing, and other partner teams.

As part of a team committed to efficiency, you will take part in the assessment and comparison of localization processes and tools in different localization teams to inform management decisions on tools and process optimizations.

**Profile and Required Skills**:

- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in the localization field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of localization project management experience (translation and LQA) that encompasses launch and live service localization for iOS and Android projects. Preferably on the buyer side.
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in the globalization industry, including localization, internationalization, and linguistic validation. Includes solid working knowledge of translation & CAT tools, as well as content management systems and a good understanding of the round journey of translations. Good knowledge of translation automation tools and connectors.
- Experience with Localization QA, and understanding of LQA requirements, methodologies, and best practices. Able to identify, fully understand, and explain in detail key translation, L10n and i18n complexities that will escape non-expert stakeholders.
- Familiarized with language-specific localization and internationalization issues.
- Strong project management skills (ability to manage multiple schedules and budgets, prioritization, etc.) in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional groups and multiple stakeholders in distributed locations worldwide.
- Experience working with localization and LQA vendors. Can identify Vendor Management improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
