**Job description**:
We are helping Smilegate look for a Producer to help shape their teams existing standard of excellence. You will work with both the creative and engineering groups on what they aim to be a huge new AAA open world IP.

You will be part of the day-to-day running of the dev teams and ensuring they are working efficiently, whilst collaborating with developers on a daily basis to ensure the project is on track.

**Your responsibilities**
- Be the push for progress within agreed tolerance and propose plans in tandem with the developers on how to resolve challenges
- Work with senior managers in the department, brand, and other team members to maximise game quality within time and cost constraints
- Promote the game everywhere by giving demos and presentations
- Present progress of titles at major review meetings taking full accountability for product status
