**Technica Engineering **is an electronics manufacturing company in the field of vehicle development. We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as offer consulting services to our customers for new development and testing projects. Our technical specialisation in the field of automotive Ethernet and ECU development enables us to offer technical solutions on topics such as embedded ECUs, on-board networks, ADAS, safety, body function, comfort function, gateway and many more.

We are currently looking for a **Problem Manager **to join our team and lead our efforts in proactive problem management. **What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in problem management, preferably in technology or service related industries.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of problem management methodologies such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience in the use of problem management tools and corrective action tracking.

**What will be your tasks?**
- You will be responsible for detecting and defining potential or recurring problems in our processes, systems or services.
- Your work will involve thoroughly investigating the root causes of problems and collaborating in the implementation of effective and sustainable solutions.
- You will lead cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems efficiently, promoting a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- You will implement and maintain an effective problem management system to ensure proper documentation and follow-up of corrective actions.
- You will work closely with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of long-term solutions, analysing trends and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
