**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, and messaging, that aligns with the company's vision and business goals in the online advertising industry.
- Work closely with the C-Level executives to identify target markets, segmentations, and competitive analysis in multiple countries, and develop data-driven strategies to penetrate and grow in those markets.
- Manage public relations efforts, including creating press releases, media kits, and liaising with journalists and influencers in multiple countries to secure positive media coverage.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition and engages target audiences in various regions.
- Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in different countries.
- Leverage deep understanding of the online advertising industry to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in different countries, using insights to optimize and improve future strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment across various regions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online advertising and international markets to improve and innovate our marketing strategies continuously.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's objectives in different countries.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on online advertising and working in multiple countries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the online advertising industry, preferably in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in different countries and cultures.
- A creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
