**Job Description** About this job**:
NIQ is undertaking the biggest transformation of its consumer panel offer in Europe, and in Spain specifically. Beyond increasing our sample size by 50%, we have invested like never before in our people and in the Discover technology to deliver the Full View, our all-in service that helps our clients understand how the retail conditions affect consumer purchase behaviour. Such a platform also offers an unprecedented opportunity to further develop our advanced analytics ; we are recruiting our Consumer Advanced Solutions director that will be responsible for turbo charging our offer and revenue.

**Mission**:
Lead NielsenIQ Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia in order to achieve 20% of our revenue.

Includes:

- CAS Portfolio definition
- Commercial positioning : materials, pricing and USP
- Engage CPS team, CS and AD around the ambition
- Present, sell and deliver solution to clients
- Thought leadership

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential**:

- Min. 10 years of experience in market research, CPS or quantitative consumer research/ FMCG related
- Very good good analytical and commercial skills,
- Understanding & interpretation of results of CPS and statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.). RMS will be a plus.
- Highly client-oriented attitude
- Autonomous & Curious, self starter
- Good command of both oral & written English
- Ability to work in an international matrix
- environment, good cross-cultural communication skills
- Team player
