- As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- You will assist customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
- You will troubleshooting reported issues
- You will maintain a good customer relationship
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- You have excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- You have native level of Dutch (written and spoken)
- You have tech-savvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs (plus.)
- You have flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- You have Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must.
