Empresa del sector fashion con sede en Barcelona y presencia internacional busca un **Head of Product **para liderar y definir la estrategia de su eCommerce.

*** ¿Cuál será tu misión?**:
Tu misión será la de **validar y definir** junto al equipo de negocio las **necesidades técnicas** y **liderarlas de manera efectiva**. Contarás con un equipo formado por especialistas (Developer, UX-UI y eCommerce Specialist) que liderarás para alcanzar los proyectos y objetivos planteados. Tus funciones serán:

- Definir y liderar la **estrategia del Ecommerce,** proponiendo y orientando la implementación de nuevas estrategias de **CRO, UX y SEO**.
- Definir e implementar **flujos de trabajo por sprint **que permita evolución y mejora continua. Así como aplicar **métodos de gestión de proyectos**, manteniendo siempre claros los plazos y las prioridades.
- Ser responsable técnicx de los **flujos de integración** entre el eCommerce y las diferentes plataformas así como migraciones o nuevos desarrollos.
- Ser responsable del **análisis del eCommerce**, incluyendo la interpretación de datos y la generación de insights para la toma de decisiones.
- Identificar** oportunidades y riesgos** y asegurar un flujo de comunicación eficiente con el equipo.
- Dar **seguimiento a los diferentes flujos/journeys** para verificar que todo está funcionando correctamente y para poder proponer acciones correctivas o de mejora.
- Seguimiento y evaluación de** test AB** y pruebas para evaluar la efectividad de las implementaciones realizadas.
- Velar porque la** documentación técnica de los proyectos esté correctamente actualizada **por parte de todos los miembros del equipo.
- Ser quien **gestione y lidere el equipo**, asegurando un desempeño óptimo y fomentando el desarrollo profesional de sus miembros.

**¿Qué están buscando? **️‍️****:

- **4 o 6 **años de experiência dentro del mundo** E**commerce. **Con experiência en** Shopify, GTM **y **GA4.**:

- Hayas estudiado** Ingeniería Informática**, idealmente con experiência en marketing digital y comercio electrónico.
- Estés familiarizadx con técnicas de **planificación de proyectos**.
- Tengas capacidad de **trabajo en equipo** y sepas como **liderar y ejecutar iniciativas** de manera efectiva con equipos internos.
- Que tu **comunicación sea asertiva** y sepas como motivar al equipo.
- Tengas conocimientos de **analítica web** y la capacidad de extraer y analizar los datos y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Para poder brillar en esta posición será vital que seas una persona **multi-tasking y orientada al dato**.
- **Inglés avanzado, **con excelentes habilidades escritas y orales.
- Que seas una persona **proactiva** y con **pensamiento crítico**.
