At Vivara, a vibrant and independent startup in Barcelona, we are on the lookout for a Head of Product to join our incredible team. Backed by GCO, Vivara is all set to transform the rental management industry and bring a wave of confidence and ease to the housing rental game. As a Head of Product, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants. With a strong focus on tailoring our approach to individual needs, we are determined to create a delightful rental experience for everyone and become the preferred choice in the premium rental market.

**You will shape and manage the product roadmap and ensure success by achieving Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability. You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support leaders to meet revenue and user goals, providing deep product expertise for strategic decision-making. With your unique vision, customer-centric approach, and leadership skills, you will set our products apart in the market.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft a compelling and clear product vision that resonates with stakeholders, the team, and the entire business
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for team output, guiding the journey from inception to production
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between digital vision and product strategies and requirements
- Recruit, onboard and develop a Product and Design team, hiring top talent to potentiate the team’s capabilities
- Develop and maintain KPIs and measurable indicators of product success, tailored for both internal and external stakeholders across organizational levels
- Establish and communicate each product's business value, supporting messaging, communication, and customer outreach as needed
- Facilitate impactful release planning with stakeholders and conduct engaging weekly demos
- Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements, elevating user satisfaction and ensuring customer-centered design
- Align product requirements with outward-facing strategies and stakeholder expectations, ensuring a harmonious product journey
- Work closely with business and marketing leaders to sustain the P&L and align on external product communications and campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in entrepreneurial environments developing digital products in different stages, from discovery and ideation to delivery and scaling
- Track record of success with B2C digital products and ecosystems, understanding retail branch roles and interactions with product offerings
- Ability to develop a collaborative powerhouse across tech, design, and business teams
- Experience in agile ceremonies, backlog/release plan management, and team-level metrics, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to proactively engage with business stakeholders
- Passion about challenging the status quo, driving innovative solutions, and embracing change
- A culture of learning, growth, and experimentation, cultivating an environment where pushing boundaries is celebrated
- Fluency in Spanish and English
