- As the Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM), you will be a crucial member of the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT), holding the primary responsibility for boosting student enrolment. Your focus will be on ensuring families have an outstanding experience at every step of their journey with our school - from initial awareness to enrolment and beyond. This comprehensive approach is what we term our Family Experience Journey, guiding all our activities in MAC (Marketing, Admissions, and Communications).
- Achieving this outstanding family experience consistently requires you to establish strong collaborations with colleagues across the school, fostering a united effort toward our shared vision.
- In your role as a leader, you will excel at coaching and developing the skills of your team, which spans commercial, creative, and customer-oriented domains. Additionally, you will serve as a dedicated ambassador for the school brand.

**PLANNING**
- Recognizing the vital role of a robust MAC (Marketing, Admissions, and Communications) plan, you'll prioritize flexibility, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the school. Your responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with Senior Leadership and Regional Office colleagues to establish the strategic MAC direction, encompassing admissions, brand, communications, digital, marketing, and research.
- Managing the MAC budget efficiently to deliver maximum value.
- Staying informed about the market, competitors, and audiences to provide the school with a commercial advantage.
- Ensuring data integrity in CRM and compliance with group data rules for a solid foundation in forecasting.
- Accurately forecasting for the upcoming years, utilizing available data and maintaining regular contact with pipeline contacts.
- Staying updated on sales, marketing, and communications trends to drive innovation.
- Developing the school's brand positioning to differentiate offerings in the market and drive enrolment.

**DRIVING PERFORMANCE**
- Utilizing data and insights, you'll steer MAC tactics to enhance enrolment performance throughout the school. Your duties involve:

- Concentrating efforts on driving enquiries and converting them to enrolments.
- Ensuring optimal re-enrolment numbers yearly by delivering a fantastic in-school MAC experience to families.
- Analyzing a broad range of data to test and learn from brand, communications, enrolment, and marketing activities, using insights for decision-making.
- Efficiently managing the enrolment pipeline using Salesforce (CRM) and ensuring user adoption across the team.
- Monitoring team performance through CRM and other KPI metrics to identify opportunities.
- Serving as a key advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on interpreting relevant market research (brand equity, parent satisfaction, mystery shop, and market share) and guiding action plans for whole-school improvement.

- Lead the development and execution of best practices throughout the entire Family Experience Journey, and work collaboratively with teachers, administrative staff and other colleagues to ensure the whole school embraces the need for a world-class experience, every single day o Ensure every family receives a highly personalised visit experience - physically and/or virtually
- Ensure a seamless digital experience for families, working closely with regional and central digital colleagues - Recruit and develop a school MAC team, coaching them to aim for execution to the highest standards of every aspect of the school’s admissions, brand, communications, digital, marketing and research tactics
