**Job Purpose**:
**Temporary role to cover a maternity leave.**

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager who will support the Wantage facility on all aspects of supply chain finance and the four business verticals associated with Wantage activity (Film, Graphics, Circuitry Solutions and Fernox). Moreover, the person will act as a business partner supporting sales / commercial and finance leadership groups for responsible entities/business verticals. Based in Barcelona.

**Supply chain finance**:

- 75%
- Month-end close processing and reporting responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process with the production of any data required by the accounting groups.
- Process the monthly cost roll-ups and report the results as required.
- Report, analyze and comment on all aspects of supply chain finance for Wantage to all stakeholder groups as required (i.e. Actual vs forecast/budget expenses).
- Assist in the production of site KPI / CPU reports.
- Complete any SOX controls under direct scope/responsibility.
- Budget and forecast responsibilities
- Manage the annual budget / quarterly forecast process for Autotype supply chain aspects, in coordination with relevant operational and finance leadership teams.
- Costing / intercompany pricing
- Manage process for costing of new products and associated intercompany price calculations.
- Respond to ad hoc requests of costing information.
- Manage the annual process of updating labour and overhead recovery rates.
- Produce updated intercompany price lists on a monthly basis.

- National statistics returns - produce data and submit when required.
- Support operational teams on finance support needed for any ad hoc projects.
- Respond to any audit requests in relation to areas of scope.

**Financial Planning and Analisis**:

- 25%
- Monthly / Quarterly reporting responsibilities
- Coordinate the month end close with the accounting department, review the output, and provide a financial insight, analysis and commentary of the performance of the business.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly cash flow forecasts for entities under scope.
- Calculation of Bonus, based on guidance from Corporate.
- Work with the commercial head for the region on managing and measuring the sales compensation and rebate accruals for the commercial team.
- Understand key drivers impacting Product Lines and spending cost centers.
- Understand and evaluate drivers of variance to Budget / Forecast.
- Production and reporting of any regional/subregional analysis as required.
- Budget and forecast responsibilities
- Manage the annual budget / quarterly forecast process for entities under scope from the bottoms up sales and margin process to departmental cost center budgeting.

**Requierements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Should have at least 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise (HFM, Planning and Essbase) is beneficial
- SAP/ JD Edwards systems would be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in supply chain finance is desirable.
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry a plus
- Able to work effectively on a remote basis with teams across Europe / in different countries
- Able to communicate effectively and provide business partnering finance support to non-financial colleagues
- Able to plan and prioritise own work to meet organisation finance calendar deadlines.
- Previous experience of commercial FP&A support with sales and margins desirable
