Entre los principales activos de la compañía está el equipo humano, piedra angular del éxito actual y clave para su futuro desarrollo. Ante un contexto de fuerte crecimiento de la industria de los data centers, busca reforzar su equipo de profesionales con los que desarrollar diferentes proyectos tanto dentro como fuera de España.

Actualmente, requiere Planificador de Proyectos para equipo de Project Management cuya tarea estará basada en Madrid, y reportando al responsable del departamento Project Management.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Elaboración de las planificaciones técnicas desde las fases de estudios
- Trasladar y consolidar, con el equipo de operaciones, la planificación realizada en estudios.
- Creación de un camino critico de proyecto para su análisis. Identificar y analizar áreas de mejoras y crear nuevas metodologías de trabajo
- Liderar las reuniones de estrategia. Establecer junto con operaciones el método de construcción
- Apoyo y seguimiento con visitas a Obra.
- Revisar la planificación realizada por los distintos intervinientes del proyecto, contratistas, PM´s, consultores, etc en Primavera, o software de planificación.

**¿Qué necesitas para encajar en el puesto?**
- Titulación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería de la Edificación
- 7-10 años de experiência en la planificación y la gestión de proyectos constructivos tales como industrial, edificación singular, etc.
- Nível avanzado de inglés. B2 al menos de reciente obtención.
- Competencias analíticas
- Habilidad destacada en organización de proyectos y procesos
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma o como parte de un equipo
- Enfocado en la calidad del trabajo
- Manejo de herramientas: Primavera P6
