**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Ensure the Operational execution excellence of the region.
- Communicate the status of projects and KPIs results to the different stakeholders
- Set the short-term strategic goals with the Global RTO team and communicate with direct or dotted supervisorial clients.
- Initiate and execute region-specific initiatives with the regional and local teams.
- Support the roll-out and monitor the execution of global initiatives.
- Ensure strategic view from global is well known and implemented in the region.
- Gather ideas and issues of products, processes and tools, and escalate it to the global team.
- Provide the best visibility to the local ops teams, ops managers and head of operations of the global strategy, future changes and improvements.
- Scale best practices amongst the countries and the regions.
- Lead, motivate and develop the different teams across geographical locations.
- Understand and escalate the relevant needs from local teams in order to priorities the most needed.
- Lead Hub Supervisors (can be reporting directly to you or as a dotted-line reporting) with main focus on delivering and ensuring a great operation execution.
- Support the relationship with the different providers at a local level (outsourcing).
- Support the providers on workforce organization.
- Lead the cost control, forecast and vendors budget from a region perspective.
- Report to the Global Head of Real-time Operations.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- Bachelor degree in a significant field.
