We are looking for our next **Business Development Executive **to help grow the UK and Ireland market operations of EIMS

EIMS is a Global Sales & Marketing agency that exists to help technology vendors grow their sales revenue by delivering world-class demand generation, sales & channel services, with our mission statement being to help them sell better, faster & more effectively. EIMS has a global presence around the world [UK, US, Europe & throughout Asia Pacific]. We have offices located in Bournemouth UK, Barcelona Spain, Miami US, Auckland NZ, Davao Philippines, Durham South Africa & a few more offices coming up soon

**About the role**

You'll be representing EIMS to find new Tech clients from SMEs to start-up businesses to large enterprises
- B2B outbound outreach targeting ideal customer profiles to **book qualified discovery sales meetings**.
- **Business Sales Prospecting**. You will be managing various sales leads from outbound to inbound leads.
- **Networking.** Build rapport & nurture relationships with C-level prospects
- Utilizing various sales techniques & tools to identify business opportunities
- **Start date**:Mid of May** (_we are open to negotiating the date however if you have a notice period_)

**Remuneration & Additional benefits**:

- Base salary of **€30,000**:

- + **€2,000 **yearly performance bonus
- + **€10,000 **on target commissions (more for overperformance)
- **Work-life balance**: Hybrid setup 3 days from our beautiful Barcelona hub in Poble Nou (C/ de la Llacyna, 56-70, edificio a 8) + work from home on Mondays and Fridays
- 2**8 days paid annual leave** with the opportunity to earn up to **4 extra days off per year**

**Who are you?**
- **Excellent communication skills in Business English** is a must as you'll be interacting with different key decision-makers regularly.
- You have **1+ years of sales experience.** (Not essential but preferred)
- Strong desire to build a career in sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious.
- Display a learning & growth mindset
