We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team based in Barcelona. As an Account Manager ( French Market) you will be the lead point of contact with most of our key accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities to strengthen a long-lasting customer relationship.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Account Executive in order to get a 360 degrees vision of clients ( French Market)
- Create a trust environment with all your customers (one-to-one relationship)
- Provide insights, and recommendation to your customers
- Provide trainings to your customers to have them autonomous
- Onboard all key accounts provided by the account executive
- Manage the end to end relationship with these customers, including support and service
- Run monthly or quarterly review with all customers
- Negotiate contracts, renewals and promote Carts Guru in a competitive marketplace
- Driving and develop new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients
- Report directly to the sales manager regarding daily, weekly and monthly results

Qualifications:

- Work experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager in the French Market
- French speaker, English or Spanish is a plus
- Be proactive, dynamic and attentive to details
- Have strong verbal and communication skills
- Deal with multiples projects at a time
- Be a problem-solver and a good communicator
- Hubspot experience is a must
- Be agile, and organized: even if you will work within a team, you can be able to do your own tasks and be the proper Master of them
- Smart, fast learner and tech-savy: yes, we’re a SaaS company, so we grow up fast but as well we live in changes. Be flexible, adaptable and keep your head up
- Winner mindset: you think success, so you’re devoted to contributing to the expansion of a structure
