**Responsabilidades**:
- Participación en la definición de perfiles y descripciones de puestos
- Participación en la elaboración de ofertas de trabajo y seguimiento a los procesos de contratación
- Participación en proyectos y acciones de employer branding y talent attraction
- Manejarás la publicación de empleos en los diferentes portales y Universidades.
- Te relacionarás con el equipo técnico y con los managers y directores de área para entender sus necesidades y organizar los procesos de selección.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiante de último año o recién graduado en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Sociología, Filosofía, ADE o carreras similares
- Conocimiento básico de procesos de reclutamiento y selección
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y planificación
- Aptitud para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo
- Conocimiento intermedio de herramientas de búsqueda de talento (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
