**Responsibilities**:

- **Pastry Production**:

- Lead the production of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of a diverse range of pastry items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all pastry products.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and motivate the pastry team, including pastry chefs and assistants.
- Train and develop staff in pastry techniques, presentation, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen departments for seamless overall culinary operations.
- **Menu Development**:

- Contribute to the creation and development of the pastry menu.
- Stay updated on pastry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas into the menu.
- Work with the Executive Chef to ensure menu alignment and guest satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Address any issues related to the quality or presentation of pastry items.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and control inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients.
- **Collaboration with Culinary Team**:

- Coordinate with other kitchen departments to ensure harmony in menu offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of desserts for special events or banquets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the culinary team.

**Salary**: 1,300.00€ - 1,400.00€ per month
