**Job Overview**

As a Sales Effectiveness Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Sales Effectiveness team with Salesforce-related tasks and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on supporting the commercial teams in leveraging Salesforce to improve efficiency, enhance data accuracy and streamline sales processes. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations & effectiveness within the ad tech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing user accounts, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce
- Support the customization and configuration of Salesforce fields, layouts, and workflows to align with business requirements
- Assist in data cleansing, data uploads and data maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations & Effectiveness team to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Help in developing and documenting sales process guidelines and best practices
- Participate in user training sessions to ensure the sales team's effective use of Salesforce
- Support the creation of sales reports, dashboards and metrics to provide insights into sales performance
- Help in maintaining and updating data models and reporting structures within Salesforce
- Provide frontline support to sales team members on Salesforce-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features
- Share insights and ideas for leveraging Salesforce to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about digital advertising, ad tech and sales operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
