Actualmente queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo una persona que al equipo de Solutions Design de nuestra Organización.

Si eres una persona con ganas de formar parte de un gran equipo, con buenas habilidades comunicativas y de organización, y tienes formación técnica en Ingeniería Industrial o Civil, nos encantaría conocerte

**Lo que harás en tu día a día**
- **
Gestión de licitaciones**: garantizar un seguimiento completo de nuestras ofertas comerciales, desde la cualificación hasta la entrega de las soluciones.
- ** Diseño de soluciones de transporte**: estarás a cargo de la ingeniería de planes de transporte, procesos de colaboración, propuestas de presupuesto, planes de desempeño y planes de implementación, buscando la solución más eficiente acorde a las necesidades del cliente
- ** Fijación de precios**: realizar propuestas financieras y de precios, acordes con el mercado y la rentabilidad exigida por la compañía.
- ** Implementación de proyectos de clientes**: supervisar la preparación de la implementación de la solución validada y contratada con el cliente.

**Para tener éxito en XPO**
- Estudios mínimos - Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, ADE (técnico), o similar
- Experiência mínima - Al menos 5 años de experiência en una función similar
- Inglés - Nível Avanzado
- Dominio del paquete Office, especialmente Excel y Power Point
- PowerBI
- Gestión de proyectos
- Capacidad de análisis de datos
- Habilidades comunicativas
