Worldwide Recruitment Energy is the leading recruitment consultancy in the energy sector. Based in Madrid and with an international vision that connects LATAM and EMEA through our office in Mexico City. **Misión**:
The company was born in London in October 2012 based on values of excellence and professionalism with the aim of being a ‘Tailor Made’ company for those who wanted to develop and invest in renewable energy projects. All this led to a team that today is responsible for managing all processes to ensure its viability, from the processing of the required documentation to the operation and maintenance of the plant. Based in Madrid, we currently have active projects in Mexico, Spain and Italy, although we are constantly analyzing and searching for new areas that can report benefits to all clients who trust us, thus expanding the renewable energy market continuously.

**Perfil**:

- Evaluación desde el punto de vista técnico de las oportunidades de inversión que recibe BWB,

tanto para los casos en los que el inversor es únicamente BWB como para las oportunidades que

se incorporan en los acuerdos de coinversión que tiene a día de hoy firmados BWB.
- Gestión y seguimiento, juntamente con la Dirección de Operaciones, de cada uno de los los

acuerdos de coinversión con socios que tiene suscritos BWB.
- Liderazgo y supervisión, desde el punto de vista técnico, de los proyectos que BWB ha decidido

construir para manternerlos en operación
- Evaluación desde el punto de vista técnico de las oportunidades de inversión que recibe BWB.
- Supervisión técnica y análisis de viabilidad técnico/económica de los proyectos actuales de

cartera.
- Seguimiento de tendencias y regulaciones.
- Identificación de oportunidades de iversión.
- Preparación de informes periodicos sobre el desempeño de las actividades de inversión

nacionales/internacionales.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA

Nível Educativo:

- Licenciatura: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Industrial o similar.

Experiência:

- Al menos 5 años de experiência en el sector en una posición similar.
- Imprescindible experiência internacional.
- Experiência en la ejecución y operación de proyectos.
- Nível alto de inglés.
