**Stroke Research**

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that

promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. VHIR is

oriented towards finding solutions to the health problems of the citizens and has the will to contribute to the

scientific, educational, social and economic development within its area of competence around the world.

VHIR offers vacant position of Postdoc within the Stroke Research Group.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Degree or Grade in Chemical Engineering
- Master in Biomedical/Medical Engineering
- Doctorate

**Desired**:

- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level)

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- Knowledge about stroke
- At least 3 years of experience working in neurovascular diseases

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Collaborate in the management of research clinical trial in acute stroke patients
- Give support in recruitment of patients

**Labour conditions**:

- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: 7 Febrery 2023.
- Gross annual salary: 29 000 euros
- Contract**:_permanent linked to project_
