**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required and work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor.
- Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects where requested.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Attend regular Team Meetings.
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project including making correct needs analysis and giving relevant offers in every call were allowed.
- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holidays, sickness, and overtime.
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
