La succursale belge située dans le centre de Bruxelles recherche un(e)
**«Receptionist/Front office & Administration Employee » **ayant un focus sur la réception téléphonique et les services à la clientèle. Ce poste fait partie du département Customer Services et relève directement du "Team Leader Customer Services". Le département Customer Services est placé sous la direction du COO d'ARAG et se compose de 19 membres. L’équipe Front Office est constituée de 3 personnes.

**Quelle sera votre mission ?**
- Votre première responsabilité est de vous occuper de la communication téléphonique et de la réception au sein de notre entreprise et êtes le premier point de contact de nos client et fournissez des informations afin de répondre à leurs demandes.
- A côté de ceci, vous effectuez de multiples et diverses tâches de support administratif ; principalement pour le département Customer Services, mais également pour les départements de Gestion des sinistres, Finance,

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Bilingue français/néerlandais, la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous avez une expérience en tant que téléphoniste / réceptionniste.
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, disposez d’un feeling commercial et êtes orienté « service ».
- Vous êtes dynamique, discret et précis.
- Vous travailler de manière précise et rapide et êtes orienté vers les solutions.
